Daryna Nebesna, a resident of Lviv region, became a mother during the rehabilitation of her husband Artur at the UNBROKEN center, where he was staying after losing a leg on the front line. This couple met five years ago, married after the start of the war and endured numerous challenges, including Artur’s severe injury near Bakhmut. Despite all difficulties, the news of the pregnancy was a joy for them.
The pregnancy went smoothly, and the childbirth itself, which took place at St. Anna’s Hospital, was memorable due to Daryna’s positive attitude. Neonatologist Oksana Zadoretska noted that the cheerful atmosphere created by the mother contributed to quick and easy childbirth, lasting only 14 minutes. Baby Dominika was born healthy, weighing 3450 g and measuring 53 cm in length.
According to the Nebesny couple, they plan to consult the same specialists for the birth of a son and dream of a large family with five children.
