During laboratory research, the circulation of influenza viruses was determined in 1071 cases
According to the monitoring of acute respiratory viral infections in the population of Lviv region, in the last week of 2022 (December 26, 2022-January 1, 2023), 8,717 cases of SARS were recorded in Lviv region against 10,622 cases in the previous week.
Thus, the morbidity rate decreased by 15.8% in a week.
In the structure of morbidity, the share of children under 17 was 48.9% – 4,270 people.
During laboratory research, the circulation of influenza viruses was determined in 1,071 cases, including influenza A viruses – 1063, influenza B viruses – 8, rhinoviruses, adenoviruses, RS-viruses, metapneumoviruses, parainfluenza viruses were detected.
