With the support of the EU4Business program, the CHECK-UP LVIV medical check-up web platform was created in the Lviv region.
Why is this important? The difference in average life expectancy between Ukrainians and, for example, Poles, is 8 years.
One of the key reasons is the poorly developed culture of early diagnosis and preventive treatment in Ukraine. Medical waiting lists are an opportunity for additional years of life for every Ukrainian, and it is worth fighting for.
The web platform was created by the Lviv Medical Business Cluster together with the Ukraine Business People Club. Private medical businesses have come together here to form an optimal set of diagnostic procedures for general and specialized check-ups.
Thus, Lviv and the region are gradually developing into a medical hub not only for Ukraine, but also for Eastern Europe.
