The first phase of the ultra-modern Superhumans Center clinic will open in Lviv region on April 3

A laboratory for the manufacture and assembly of prostheses, a department of physical rehabilitation, a department of psychological support, as well as a swimming pool for rehabilitation will be available on the basis of the facility for Ukrainian soldiers and civilians.

This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

“Superhumans Center is a unique project for our country. It is implemented on the basis of one of the medical institutions of the Lviv region. Highly qualified Ukrainian specialists will work here, they will also take over the experience of doctors from leading clinics from all over the world. The ambassadors of the clinic are famous Ukrainian and foreign stars. I am proud that I can also contribute to the implementation of this plan. I thank the Superhumans Center team led by Andrii Stavnitser for the large-scale thinking and the quick and high-quality implementation of the project, which is extremely important for our state,” said the head of the Lviv Oblast.

For people affected by war, all services here will be free of charge. Two Ukrainian soldiers who lost their hands in the war were fitted with bionic prostheses from a British company even before the opening of the center. To get in line for prosthetics, you need to fill out a questionnaire.

We will remind you that at the end of last year, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Superhumans Center signed a memorandum of cooperation to create a specialized clinic, the operation of which will attract the best medical specialists from the USA and the EU, who specialize in prosthetics for adults and children, surgical operations for the reconstruction and restoration of mutilated parts body or face, as well as the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.
