You can get vaccinated against coronavirus in all polyclinics in Lviv

In Lviv, there are 9 stationary vaccination points in city polyclinics, where you can be vaccinated with the first or second dose of the vaccine, or revaccinate – that is, give a booster dose. Vaccines available now are Pfizer and CoronaVac.

You can make an appointment for vaccination by calling the polyclinic’s phone number or at your family doctor or by yourself in the Helsi system.

As reported in the city Center of Health and Medical Statistics, doctors vaccinated 275 volunteers in the last day. In total, 893,709 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Lviv during the entire vaccination period, of which 417,118 people received the first dose, 403,544 people received two doses, 70,370 people received the first booster dose, and 2,442 people received the second booster dose.

Doctors remind: the vaccine “teaches” the immune system to recognize the virus and fight it, and this minimizes the risk of fatal complications.

By the way, as of today, 69 patients with coronavirus (12 of them are children) are being treated in Lviv city hospitals (Saint Panteleimon Hospital, Saint Nicholas Hospital and the 5th Hospital). Over the last day, 8 patients were hospitalized, 12 were discharged instead.
