As of February 26, the absence of 16.8% of students due to illness has been recorded in schools within the Lviv community. This percentage is lower than in previous days, as confirmed by the education and culture department of the Lviv City Council. Consequently, School No. 7 in Lviv has decided to switch to remote learning to prevent the spread of illness. According to the recommendations, it is reasonable to implement quarantine when more than 20% of students are absent. The city’s education and culture department conducts daily monitoring of attendance and highlights the possibility of transitioning classes to remote learning if necessary. In the last day, 653 people have recovered, including 267 children.
