Products and services created by students of vocational and technical institutions and specialized colleges of Lviv and Chernivtsi regions were presented here.
On April 23, JUNIOR EXPO 2023 started in Stryi Park in Lviv – the first fair of youth entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
It involves four dozen student mini-companies from 36 vocational and technical institutions and specialized colleges of Lviv and Chernivtsi regions, which joined the “Company” program from the NGO “Junior Achievement Ukraine” last fall.
Visitors to JUNIOR EXPO-2023 have the opportunity to purchase the products of student mini-companies directly from manufacturers – students of vocational education institutions and specialized colleges of Lviv Oblast and Bukovyna.
At the Fair, goods and services of 6 categories were presented – ready-made original dishes and drinks, jewelry and accessories, souvenir products, useful goods for the home and everyday life, metal products and services for chemical analysis of water.
Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv OVA, was one of the first to familiarize himself with the products of the fair.
“I thank the public organization Junior Achievement Ukraine, which, in cooperation with the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration and the vocational and technical schools of Lviv Oblast and Bukovyna, creates for our youth the opportunity not only to produce products, but also to present and sell them during their studies.
The sooner this method of education becomes the All-Ukrainian norm, the more enterprising people there will be in our country, the more jobs with decent salaries there will be. The faster we will restore and bring our economy to a new level.

Visitors to the Fair who are interested in souvenir products can purchase embroidered keychains, paired notebooks and paired themed keychains, eco-notebooks with scented pages, carnival masks, brooches, chevrons, chokers, pendants, plaster figurines.
Connoisseurs of useful household goods will find handmade shopping bags, knitted handbags, mini plush handbags, decorative LED flashlights, handmade candles, small wooden products, home decor made of natural materials, wooden educational puzzles.
By the way, buyers can buy the same legendary FireFly nanolights that work for six months without recharging directly from their developers – students of the Lviv Higher Vocational School of Computer Technologies and Construction, who, within the framework of the “Company” program from “Junior Achievement Ukraine” created his mini-company Nanoled.
The participants of the Junior EXPO-2023 Fair also prepared 9 original master classes for Lviv residents and guests of the city. In particular, modeling and designing clothes based on the cartoon “Mavka”, making decorative candles, painting plaster figurines, making eco-bags, beadwork, decorating patriotic notebooks, creating jewelry-amulets from natural stone, decorating and painting gingerbread cookies, and chemical analysis of water.
