On Sunday, June 11, the First Theater will host the performance “Mother of Azov” for the second time, dedicated to the anniversary of the exit of the defenders of Mariupol from Azovstal. Actors of the theater will take part in the event together with relatives of captured Azov residents.
The documentary performance is built on the basis of real stories of relatives and friends of Azov residents, including their personal correspondence and correspondence in social networks. As the head of the project, Iryna Artymyak, notes, in the play, the mothers, lovers, and friends of Azov residents do not act, they live, and visitors can see a part of their lives.
The event will take place on June 11 at 6:00 p.m. on the stage of the First Theater (11 Hnatyuka St.). Entry to the event is free, but please note that the number of places is limited.
