The court found the man guilty of premeditated murder (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) for maintaining a public accusation by the prosecutors of the Drohobytsk District Prosecutor’s Office. The court sentenced him to 13 years in prison.
It was established that on February 22 of this year in Drohobych, the convict inflicted 9 stab wounds on his roommate. The woman died from her injuries at the scene.
