A 36-year-old man from Lviv robbed a serviceman in Lviv

У Львові поліцейські встановлюють обставини крадіжки майна у військовослужбовця

In January, a 28-year-old serviceman who was temporarily stationed in Lviv personally filed a theft complaint with the Lviv District Police Department No. 1. According to him, a visually familiar man named Roman stole his mobile phone, headphones, berets and other property on the territory of the Lychakiv cemetery.

Law enforcement officers established the man’s identity, he turned out to be a 36-year-old resident of Lviv, who was previously criminally liable.

According to the fact, investigators of the territorial division of the police opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 185 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided for by the sanction of the article is up to eight years of imprisonment.

A pre-trial investigation is being conducted, law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
