According to the public indictment of the prosecutor of the Sambir Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a man was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all property for the fact of illegal acquisition, storage and sale of particularly dangerous narcotics, committed repeatedly (Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In court, the prosecutor proved that the convicted person illegally purchased a substance of plant origin, cannabis, which he kept at his place of residence, and then, for the purpose of personal enrichment, began to “trade” drugs just near his apartment building in Sambor.
