The commercial court upheld the claim filed by the Chervonograd district prosecutor’s office against the business entity. By court decision, the private enterprise is obliged to pay almost UAH 1 million in rent arrears.
The prosecutor’s office established that a land lease agreement was concluded between the city council and the company. On the last day, the defendant carried out business activities in the maintenance of a paid parking lot.
We are talking about a plot of land with an area of 0.4 hectares. It is located near the center of Chervonograd.
Violating the terms of the contract, the business entity systematically did not pay the rent for the use of the land plot.
As a result of such actions, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of funds.
Therefore, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.
