According to the public accusation of juvenile prosecutors of the Drohobytsk District Prosecutor’s Office, a local resident was found guilty of corrupting two minors (Part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
He was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
It was established that in July of this year, the accused noticed 12-year-old and 13-year-old boys sitting on a bench in the yard of the house.
The man approached the minors and allegedly asked them for help with the household. Having entered his home with them, he locked the door and committed lewd acts.
However, the children understood the meaning of his actions, opened the window and ran away.
They called the police and then told their parents what had happened.
The extra was detained by the law enforcement immediately after the crime was committed.
According to the court’s decision, information about the convicted person will be entered into the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Crimes Against the Sexual Freedom and Sexual Inviolability of Minors.
The court kept him in custody until the verdict entered into force.
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the investigators of the Drohobytsky district police department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region.
