The traffic accident happened on October 4, around 3:30 p.m., on the territory of forestry near the village of Pyla, Stryi District.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the T-40 tractor, a 67-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Stryi district, lost control and drove off the road, after which the vehicle overturned.
The tractor driver died at the scene from injuries received as a result of the accident.
According to the fact, the investigators of the Stryi district police department opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
