Yesterday, around 11 p.m., in the city center on Mickiewicz Square, a patrol crew noticed the driver of a BMW 320i car, who did not turn on the turn signal before turning and was drifting on the road.
Law enforcement immediately stopped the offender. During the inspection of the documents of the 19-year-old driver, the inspectors found that he does not have the right to drive vehicles and was already brought to administrative responsibility for this offense.
This time, the man received a report under Part 5 of Art. 126 (Repeated driving of a vehicle within a year by a person who does not have the right to drive such a vehicle) of the Code of Administrative Offenses and the resolution for violation of traffic rules.
Regarding liability, the sanction of the article provides for the imposition of a fine in the amount of 40,800 hryvnias with the deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of 5 to 7 years and with or without paid seizure of the vehicle.
