Polonijny uniwersytet m. Jaworowa celebrated its 20th anniversary
Today, September 24, in the People’s House of the city of Yavorov, events were held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Society of Culture of the Polish Lviv Region branch in Yavorov and the 20th anniversary of the Polish School in Yavorov.
On the eve of the holiday, the head of the Yavoriv RVA, Yaroslav Komynskyi, congratulated the head of the Society of Polish Culture in Yavoriv, Mrs. Sofia Mikhnevich, and the director of the Polonist University of Yavoriv, Mrs. Lilia Grafinska, and thanked them for their hard work.
“This is an extremely necessary institution in Yavoriv Oblast. I am glad that the history of the school is so long. I sincerely thank Mrs. Sofia, Mrs. Lilia and the entire team for many years of conscientious work and significant achievements in the development of the school. I wish you to continue to develop the institution and train even more graduates. Also, thank you to all the Polish people for your support and help. We will never forget your kindness.
