All cars will not fit
Due to the large number of museum visitors who came to the grove in their own cars, traffic on several streets near the grove was hampered.
These include Sahaidachnoho, P. Mohyla, Krupyarska, Muchna, Nizhynska, and Ripyn streets. Therefore, today, on Monday, the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure asks Lviv residents and visitors to get to the grove by public transport or come on foot.
To ensure compliance with parking rules in the area around the Klymentiy Sheptytsky Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life in Lviv, more parking inspectors and patrol police crews will be working today.
According to the department, chaotic parking creates inconveniences for emergency services. Therefore, all drivers are asked to park their cars in designated areas, and improperly parked cars will be towed. “We ask drivers of private vehicles to pay attention to parking restrictions: do not park on sidewalks and in the area of public transport stops,” summarizes Oleh Zabarylo, Director of the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure of Lviv City Council.
