Liquidation of the emergency situation at the sewage collector is ongoing. The equipment of “Sokalvodokanal” works all day long, the equipment of “Sokalzhitlokomunservis” and local entrepreneurs are additionally involved.
The situation is not easy, it is obvious that the sinkhole under the ground on the sewage collector has been forming for a long time. Tomorrow, May 31, there will still be no water supply in the city, we hope that the workers will be able to eliminate the accident before the end of tomorrow.
Educational institutions of the city of Sokal will study online on May 31.
Today, the vehicles of “Sokalvodokanal”, the State Emergency Service and the local fire brigades of the villages of Khorobryu and Spasiv deliver water around the city.
To provide the population with drinking water, fire hydrants have been opened in Sokal:
