Lviv residents are advised to stock up on water for at least three days

For two days, Russia struck Lviv’s critical infrastructure, causing interruptions in electricity and water supply. Therefore, LMKP “Lvivvodokanal” recommends that residents of the city stock up on water for at least three days.

“The enemy is destroying critical objects of our city, so our infrastructure is still in danger. We ask everyone, if possible, to stock up on drinking water at home for at least 72 hours. Yes, one adult person needs per day:

1.5-2 liters of drinking water;
10-12 liters for hygiene and cooking,” Lvivvvodokanal said.

According to the company, the water supply and drainage systems are working normally, the pressure of drinking water in the network is within normal limits. There are no deviations in terms of microbiological and physico-chemical indicators in the tap water, the water quality corresponds to the current State sanitary rules and norms of the Ministry of Health and Welfare
