The center’s special feature is its barrier-free accessibility, which was personally checked by the military from the rehabilitation center.
The day before, on March 11, the Administrative Service Center was opened in the village of Velykyi Lyubin in a renovated building.
Representatives of the regional and district military administrations, as well as soldiers undergoing rehabilitation, were invited to participate in the opening ceremony.
A unique feature of this center is its barrier-free accessibility, which was personally checked by the military from the rehabilitation center.
The ASC was repaired at the expense of a subvention from the regional and local budgets. The total cost of the works and arrangement of the premises is UAH 6 million 818 thousand, of which:
UAH 4 million. 299 thousand UAH – funds from the regional budget,
UAH 2 million 519 thousand – from the local budget.
These funds were used to overhaul the administrative building, purchase furniture and computer equipment, and install an electronic queue management system and a self-service area. The premises have been renovated to meet all the requirements for the convenience and accessibility of visitors, including those with disabilities and visitors with children.
The new ASC will provide 342 administrative services to community residents, internally displaced persons, war veterans and their families, while 135 administrative services will be provided at remote workplaces in the Zavydovytskyi and Koropuzskyi starosta districts.
The establishment of the ASC is aimed at increasing the community’s capacity to meet the needs of residents for quality administrative services, promoting the implementation of the barrier-free policy and protecting the rights of people with disabilities and low-mobility groups. Local authorities strive to contribute to improving the quality of life of residents as efficiently as possible, to ensure sustainable and balanced development of the territorial community, and to help streamline interaction with the community and business.
Halyna Tupis, Head of the Administrative Services Development Department of the Digital Development Directorate of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, noted that the opening of the ASC is a landmark event for Velykyi Lubin.
“This ASC will become a real center of accessible and high-quality administrative services for all residents of the territorial community, as well as internally displaced persons,” emphasized Halyna Tupis.
