On 16th May, the city of Stryi hosted the Lviv Region Athletics Championship for boys and girls of different age groups. Athletes from the Sheptytskyi Youth Sports School No. 2 distinguished themselves with high results, winning numerous prize places.
Sofiia Kushchova secured 2nd place in the 60m hurdles and 3rd place in the high jump. Kateryna Petrus came in 3rd in the 60m hurdles, while Anastasiia Andriiovych finished third in the 60m run. Serhii Holod and Anna Harasym triumphed in the long jump, taking first places. Angelina Bui received 3rd place in the long jump, and Elina Pryima took 2nd places in the 60m, 150m, and long jump. Mariia Obervenets won three golds: in the 60m, 150m, and long jump.
