On 4–5 July 2026, the Ukrainian U20 Athletics Championship took place in Lviv. Trainees of the Busk Youth Sports School named after Yu. Mochulskyi performed successfully at the national competition, taking podium places and improving their personal bests.
Vadym Didukh claimed silver in the 200-metre event. The athlete set a personal record of 21.73 seconds. His coach in the build-up to the start was M. P. Haievskyi.
The bronze medal in the high jump was won by Maksym Havryliuk, who cleared 190 centimetres. His coaches are Yu. V. Yeretyk and V. Yu. Yeretyk.
Another representative of the sports school, Yurii Rostykus, recorded the following results: in the 400 metres — 53.83 seconds, in the 800 metres — 2:03.27.
The athletes and their coaches expressed their sincere gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to train, compete and demonstrate high results at national-level events.
