In Ternopil, 25 people, including three children, were killed due to Russian shelling.
Another 73 people, including 15 children, were injured. Fourteen psychologists from the State Emergency Service from different regions of Ukraine are working near the damaged building and have already assisted 150 people.
Emergency rescue operations continue. Over 160 rescuers are involved, including mountaineers, dog handlers, the special unit ‘Delta’, and about 45 units of SES equipment, including robotic systems. Sappers have surveyed the area.
