Poland has sent up fighter jets, but the missile was not shot down
It is noted that on March 24, at 4.23 am, Poland’s airspace was violated by one of the cruise missiles launched by the long-range aviation of the Russian Federation that night.
The strikes were aimed at settlements located in western Ukraine.
“The object flew into Polish space at an altitude of the village of Osierdów (Lubelskie Voivodeship) and stayed there for 39 seconds. It was monitored by military radar systems throughout the flight,” the statement said.
In Poland, Polish and allied aircraft were activated during the missile attack on Ukraine.
