4 June has been declared a Day of Mourning in the Sheptytska community following the death of the Defender of Ukraine Roman Ivanovych Shulhan. This was reported by the Sheptytska Town Council.
On the day of mourning, national flags with black ribbons will be flown at half-mast on administrative buildings and municipal institutions, and it is also recommended that entertainment events be restricted.
Residents of the Sheptytska community are asked to honour the memory of Roman Shulhan with a minute of silence and in their prayers.
