In the Belz community, Days of Mourning have been declared in connection with the burial of Roman Hryhorenko, who died in the Russo-Ukrainian war.
According to the mayor’s decree, the mourning will last from September 28 to 30, 2025. This decision was made in honor of the memory of the hero who gave his life for the independence of Ukraine. “We must remember our heroes and honor their sacrifice,” said the mayor.
During these days, state flags in the community will be flown at half-mast, and entertainment events will be limited. The community’s residents are urged to participate in memorial events and support the family of the deceased.
