Today, the Belz community bid a sorrowful farewell to the defender — Volodymyr Shostak, born October 8, 1988, resident of the village of Khlyvchany.
Volodymyr stood to defend Ukraine in 2021. On July 28, 2025, his heart stopped in Rivne hospital. Volodymyr’s journey ended on his native land — among those closest to him, those who knew and loved him.
“May Volodymyr’s soul be received by the heavens, and may the Lord grant him the Heavenly Kingdom.”
Sincere condolences to the family — mother, children, sisters, and all who suffered this heavy loss. We thank Volodymyr for his service and everything he did to protect the state. Eternal memory. Glory to Ukraine!
