Today the Belz community welcomes home its native son, defender of Ukraine Ruslan Dmytrovych Pazyniak, born in 1982. He served as a private, a driver in the motor section of the ammunition supply platoon of the ammunition support company of military unit A4977.
Ruslan Pazyniak faithfully fulfilled his military duty, defending Ukraine’s independence and freedom. He lived in the town of Sheptytskyi, but his roots are linked to the Belz community, and so his final resting place will be his native village of Staivka.
The approximate time when the mourning cortege will pass through the community: departure from Sheptytskyi is scheduled for 14:00–14:15. The cortege will follow this route:
- Sheptytskyi;
- Muruvane;
- Zhuzheliany;
- Zabolottia;
- Belz;
- Staivka.
Residents of the community are asked to come out to the roadside and pay their respects to the Hero who returns home “on his shield”.
In connection with the death of defender of Ukraine Ruslan Dmytrovych Pazyniak, days of mourning have been declared in the Belz municipal territorial community. Condolences are extended to the family, relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms of Ruslan Pazyniak, and the community shares the pain of this loss.
