Today, the Belz region bid farewell to Hero Petro Yatsykovskyi.
On May 31, 2025, a farewell was held in the village of Dibrova for our compatriot Petro Romanovych Yatsykovskyi, born in 1993. Petro died on May 24 near Katerynivka in the Donetsk region during a combat mission. “A true warrior who remained faithful to his oath and Ukraine until the end,” his comrades noted. His life became a part of the history of the struggle for the freedom and independence of our state. “May the Lord accept the Hero’s soul into His Heavenly Legion, and may He give the family the strength to endure this grief,” condolences were expressed to the family. Eternal memory to the fallen Hero. Glory to Ukraine.
