During the night of October 30, the Lviv region came under a combined air and missile attack. According to Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, two energy infrastructure facilities in the region were damaged as a result.
Due to this large-scale attack across Ukraine, including Lviv region, the national power grid experienced considerable strain. As a consequence, hourly power outage schedules have been introduced in all regions, including Lviv oblast.

- 09:01 — Air raid alert was lifted in Drohobych, Sambir, Stryi, and Yavoriv districts;
- 10:02 — All-clear signal also confirmed in Lviv, Zolochiv, and Sheptytskyi districts.
