It has been four years since the death of Ukrainian defender Mykhailo Hul, who gave his life fulfilling his military duty to his Motherland.
On 4 July 2022, private of the 2nd mechanised battalion of military unit A0998 Mykhailo Hul was killed while carrying out a combat mission in Donetsk region.
With every year of the full-scale war, Ukrainians are ever more acutely aware of the high price the people are paying for the chance to live in a free and independent state. The memory of fallen soldiers must remain not only as dates in the calendar, but also as a shared responsibility of society – to preserve the truth about their feat and pass it on to future generations.
