It has been four years since the death of Velykyi Liubin native Osyp Vasylchyshyn (born 16.06.1968), who gave his life defending Ukraine from Russian aggression.
Osyp Vasylchyshyn served in military unit A3719, where he held the rank of senior soldier and the position of senior mechanic-driver. While carrying out a combat mission on 8 July 2022 near the village of Partyzanske in Mykolaiv region, he was killed as a result of enemy artillery fire.
The community remembers the fallen warrior with gratitude and sorrow, paying tribute to his courage and self-sacrifice in the struggle for Ukraine’s independence.
