The Drohobych community continues to support the defense forces of Ukraine by directing finances to military units.

For systematic support of the defense forces, Drohobych receives symbolic appreciation from military units and combat symbols. The city keeps this symbolism as a reminder of the ongoing war.
In 2025, the community’s budget allocated **39 million UAH** for supporting defense forces, of which **20 million UAH** were direct transfers. In 2026, the amount of direct transfers will be increased to **25 million UAH**.
