
Stefan Huchko, a resident of Drohobych, died defending Ukraine. For almost a year, he was considered missing, but his identity was recently confirmed. He was born on December 25, 1989, on Pylyp Orlyk Street, graduated from School No. 1 and VPU No. 15. In January 2023, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a rifleman in military unit A4821, and later became a senior soldier in unit A4056. He participated in combat operations on the front and was injured near Bakhmut. After recovery, he returned to service. Since March 28, 2024, he was considered missing; it has only now become known that he died in the Semenivka area of the Pokrovsky district in the Donetsk region.
