Friends of the fallen defender Vlad Pokryshchuk have climbed Mount Pikui, the highest peak in Lviv region at 1,405 metres above sea level. They dedicated the ascent to the memory of their comrade.
According to the participants, Vlad had a special love for the mountains and the Ukrainian Carpathians, so they decided to follow this route, thinking of him and honouring his sacrifice.
The participants emphasise that for them every step in the mountains became a sign of gratitude, and the summit they reached is a reminder of all those who gave their lives for Ukraine.
