Two servicemen from Stryi district have been honoured with high state awards for their courage and dedication in defending Ukraine.
Stepan Kolishchak, a native of the village of Smozhe in Kozivska hromada, has been presented with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s decoration ‘Golden Cross’.
Mykola Shuliuk, originally from the village of Kozova, has been awarded the President of Ukraine’s decoration ‘For the Defence of Ukraine’.
The Stryi District State Administration expressed its sincere gratitude to both servicemen for their selfless service and defence of their native land.
