On Friday, 18 September, the community will bid a final farewell to defender Volodymyr Tolochko, who gave his life defending Ukraine and its freedom.
The funeral cortege with the soldier’s body will leave the mortuary in Lviv at 12:30. Residents of the community are asked to join in welcoming it and to form a “living corridor” of honour along the route to pay their last respects to the fallen warrior.
In the village of Tulyholove, a memorial service is scheduled for the same day at 19:00. The funeral service will take place on 19 September at 12:00, after which the defender will be laid to rest at the cemetery in the village of Nove Selo.
The community extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Volodymyr Tolochko and asks that they support his family in this time of great loss.
