Lviv Region communities allocate funds for mobile shelters for children in Dnipropetrovsk Region

Lviv Region is taking part in a nationwide fundraising campaign for mobile shelters for children in Dnipropetrovsk Region. This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.

According to him, Lviv Region’s total contribution will amount to 73 million hryvnias. Part of this sum is planned to be allocated from the regional budget, while the rest will be provided by local communities.

Kozytskyi highlighted the communities that have already fully agreed to finance the amounts proposed for them, taking into account their financial capacity. These include the Rozvadiv, Dobrotvir, Shehyni, Kulykiv, Strilky, Pidberiztsi, Ivano-Frankove, Sokilnyky, Solonka, Davydiv, Mykolaiv, Sambir, Hnizdychiv, Zhovtantsi, Bibrka, Brody, Sheptytskyi, Slavske, Radekhiv, Murovane, Zymna Voda, Obroshyne, Stryi, Mostyska, Busk, Boryslav, Skole and Zhydachiv communities.

The head of the region thanked community heads, deputies and residents for their willingness to help other regions even during the war, stressing that responsibility is not limited to the boundaries of one’s own territorial community or region.

Another nine communities have so far allocated only part of the recommended amounts, but have promised to direct the full amount of funds by the end of September. These are the Pustomyty, Zhovkva, Horodok, Sokal, Novoyavorivsk, Novyi Yarychiv, Yavoriv, Morshyn and Velyki Mosty communities.

We must support one another with concrete actions. Only then will we endure! — said Maksym Kozytskyi.
