In the past day, an air alert was sounded once in the Lviv region due to enemy actions.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
“Once, sirens announced an air alert in the Lviv region – on May 29 at 11:39. There was a threat of an attack by cruise missiles from the territory of Russia. The danger did not materialize in Lviv Oblast,” said the head of Lviv Oblast.
He also announced that a soldier from the Slavic community, Ihor Kolomiyets, was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 3rd degree. He is a member of the ATO/OOS and with the beginning of the full-scale war he volunteered to defend Ukraine.
“A police station has started working in Chervonohrad as part of the project “Community Police Officer”. Two law enforcement officers who became police officers underwent selection and special training. Premises were arranged for them and two cars were purchased at the expense of the community. This is the third such station in the Chervonohrad community. Police officers are already working in Sosnivka and Silka,” Maksym Kozytskyi informed.
The Lviv Circus will hold two circus performances “Make a dream come true – return a stolen childhood” for 1,600 children of defenders of Ukraine in the Lviv region for International Children’s Day. “Volunteers of the Sokilnytsia community took five cars, a trailer and spare parts to our fighters in the combat zone. For the soldiers of the 125th separate territorial defense brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, machine gun stands and camouflage nets were delivered, and for other brigades, in particular, the 24th OMBr named after King Danylo and the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, vitamins, juices, sweets, canned goods, food” , – added Maksym Kozytskyi.
At a charity concert in Dobromyla, more than 80,000 hryvnias were collected for a car and a mobile bath for our defenders. The event was held by volunteers “Halytsky Batyari”, NGO “Volunteers and Veterans of ATO”, Association of Ukrainians in Italy, BF “We are invincible”. Also, 24 thousand hryvnias were collected for the repair of cars from the front line in the Lviv district. 12,000 was donated during the charity concert of the “Obroshin Park” brass band on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Obroshin Art School. The young theatergoers of “Cats of Gavatovich” from Kamianka-Buzka gave the same amount for repairs after the premiere of the play “The Language of Khveska”.
