The Komarno community has reported the death of Volodymyr Tolochko, a serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. The defender of Ukraine was born on 29 July 1992.
Volodymyr Tolochko served in the 18th Sloviansk Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, as part of military unit 3035. He held the position of commander of the 2nd engineer-sapper section of the engineer-sapper platoon of the combat support company of the 2nd rifle battalion, and held the military rank of junior sergeant.
The defender was a native of the village of Nove Selo. He lived with his wife and son in the village of Tulyholove. The community notes that he took up arms to defend Ukraine, fulfilling his military duty, and gave his life for the freedom and independence of the state.
For his family, his comrades-in-arms and the entire Komarno community, the death of Volodymyr Tolochko is a heavy and irreparable loss. Condolences are extended to the mother, wife, son, relatives and close friends of the fallen serviceman.
The community has informed that the time and arrangements for the reception and funeral of the Defender will be announced separately.
