In September 2026, Komarno City Council allocated UAH 1.1 million to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported on the council’s official Facebook page.
The city council recalled that when adopting the budget of the Komarno municipal territorial community for 2026, at the proposal of the mayor, UAH 10 million was earmarked in the programme to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The post notes that work on implementing this programme is ongoing, in order to fully deliver the planned level of financial support for the Ukrainian military.
