The Lopatynska community is once again in mourning due to the loss of its compatriot.
With deep sorrow, we inform you that on January 8, 2026, in a fierce battle with the occupiers, having received injuries incompatible with life, our compatriot, soldier, Hero-defender, resident of the Lopatyn village – Kravchuk Vyacheslav-Zenoviy Volodymyrovych, born on July 16, 2004, died.
The defender decided to voluntarily stand up for the defense of the Homeland by signing a contract with the 20th Operational Brigade “Lyubart” of the National Guard of Ukraine as part of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov,” in the position of an operator of the ground robotic complex (NRC) with the call sign “Cicada.” Until his last day, he managed to save the lives of more than 30 people.
The cortege with the body of the fallen Warrior will be met tomorrow, January 10, 2025, at 15:00. We ask the residents of Radekhiv to come out to the Heavenly Hundred Stele and along Tarnavsky Street to St. Nicholas Church, forming a live corridor to pay respects and dignify the Defender on his last journey.
