Lviv resident Andriy Biskup has returned home after a prisoner exchange.
It was announced today that “during the exchange, Lviv resident Andriy Biskup — the husband of our colleague from the city council — returned home”. He had been in captivity for almost two and a half years, since December 2022. This is a great holiday for his family and loved ones. We congratulate them on this joyous occasion.
