
On Saturday, 14th March, Lviv will bid farewell to four heroes who lost their lives in the war. Local residents and visitors to the city are invited to join the farewell ceremonies for Rostyslav Sengeiev, Serhiy Lozovyi, Yevhen Kushpit, and Volodymyr Chernetskyi. The Lviv city council urges refraining from holding entertainment events at this time, as announced by the Lviv City Council.
The farewell to Serhiy Lozovyi will take place at 9:30 at the Church of All Saints of the Ukrainian People, 32 Petliura Street. The ceremony for Volodymyr Chernetskyi will be held at the Church of the Ascension of the Lord UGCC, 81 Shyroka Street.
At 11:00, a farewell will commence at the Garrison Church of Sts. Peter and Paul, and at 11:30, a city ceremony will be held at Rynok Square. Both, Serhiy Lozovyi and Volodymyr Chernetskyi, will be laid to rest at Lychakiv Cemetery, in the field of honourable burials No. 87.
Yevhen Kushpit will be honoured at 13:00 at the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary UGCC in the town of Dublyany, where he will be buried in the local cemetery.
Rostyslav Sengeiev, a native of the village of Horodysche in Khmelnytskyi region, defended Ukraine in the South Slobozhansky direction. He heroically perished alongside others in battles for our country. His family and friends remember him with sadness and pride.
