
On Monday, 11 May, a farewell ceremony will take place in the city of Lviv for four servicemen who gave their lives for Ukraine. The residents of the city are urged to join the mourning procession, refraining from entertaining activities.
At 9:30 a.m., a memorial service for Ihor Terendiy will be held at the Church of All Saints of the Ukrainian People on Petlyury Street. At 11:00 a.m., the main funeral service for all four defenders will occur at the Garrison Church of Sts. Peter and Paul. Afterwards, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a city-wide ceremony will be held at Rynok Square. The burial will take place at Lychakiv Cemetery.
Recognised heroes: Daniil Blagoslovenniy, a native of Luhansk, Vladyslav Blagoslovenniy from Dobropillia, Ihor Terendiy from Lviv, and Yevhenii Kuzmenko from Kamianka-Buzka. Each displayed courage and self-sacrifice in the struggle for Ukraine’s territorial integrity. Each warrior leaves behind relatives who will remember their bravery.
