On Monday, 6th April, Lviv will hold a farewell ceremony for the servicemen who died defending Ukraine against the aggressor. Residents and visitors of the city are urged to join the ceremony and refrain from holding entertainment events.
At the square near the Garrison Church of Sts. App. Peter and Paul at 11:00, the funeral service for Stepan Zadorozhny will take place, followed by a city-wide farewell ceremony at Rynok Square at 11:30. He will be buried at Lychakiv Cemetery.
Sviatozar Chopey, a Lviv resident, will be buried at Holoskiv Cemetery following a farewell in the chapel on Mykolaychuka Street at 11:00. Vitaliy Kuryvchak from Lysynychi will be escorted on his final journey at his family home, and the funeral service will be held at the Church of St. Paraskevia at 13:00.
