Lviv region continues to be a reliable rear for Ukrainian soldiers by organizing numerous charity events.
In the Yavoriv District, residents of the Mostyska community have woven 7 camouflage nets, and during the ‘Vyshnya Fest 2025’ event in Sudova Vyshnya, 127,000 UAH were raised for the 24th Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. In Yavoriv, over 160,000 UAH were raised for the production of drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the Festival of Yavoriv toys and pies.
In the Drohobych District, Drohobych RDA together with the Volunteer Center ‘KOLO’ handed over a vehicle for the combat missions of the defenders. The Drohobych Tourist Information Center collected 16,000 UAH for the needs of the ‘Chornyi Lis’ Brigade. In Boryslav, during the Independence Day concert of Ukraine, 16,000 UAH were collected for the wife of warrior Valeriy Solodkyi – Nataliia Solodka, who is currently battling a serious illness.
In the Zolochiv District, more than 60,000 UAH were collected for drones for the Armed Forces in the Sasiv starosty district. A charity concert was held in the village of Polonychi, Krasne community, where almost 7,000 UAH were raised. In Zolochiv, a tournament was held in memory of fallen Hero of Ukraine Roman Haikovyi, where 15,000 UAH were raised for the ‘Bureviy’ Brigade.
In the Sambir District, the Rudki community sent significant aid to the defenders, including tires from Gemeinde Plankenfels and funds for net meters for the 35th Brigade.
In the Stryi District, 26,300 UAH were raised during the ‘Youth Fest’ charity youth festival in the Trostianets community. In Skole, the ‘BESKYDY TRAIL 2025’ charity run raised over 180,000 UAH.
In the Lviv District, deputies of the Horodok City Council allocated an additional 12 million UAH to the Defenders Support Program. In Pustomyty, a charity auction raised 1,050,000 UAH.
