The Lviv region continues to actively support Ukrainian soldiers by organizing numerous charitable events.
Sheptytskyi District distinguished itself with charitable activities, particularly, the masters and students of the Vocational School ‘Sokal Vocational Lyceum’ provided hairdressing services to servicemen. Volunteers from the NGO ‘Foundation for Development and Strategic Changes’ raised more than 7700 hryvnias during the ‘Coffee for Donation’ event. Activists of ‘Chervonohrad Self-Defense’ collected 25,000 hryvnias to support the military.
In the Zolochiv District, the 100th anniversary of the ‘Bohdan’ music society was celebrated, during which 11,300 hryvnias were raised for a vehicle for the defenders. Volunteers from the Busk community delivered 13 wheels, a drone detector, and other necessary items to the defenders.
In the Stryi District, the Novyi Rozdil city council purchased DJI Mavic 3Pro drones for the naval infantry. The Slavsko community acquired a vehicle for serviceman Andriy Palii. The ‘Angels of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’ charity foundation delivered vehicles and necessary items to the military.
In the Drohobych District, the community transferred five FPV drones to the 53rd Separate Rifle Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The ‘Soteria’ youth community raised 11,473 hryvnias for a vehicle for the defenders.
In the Yavoriv District, a charity concert was held where 9,200 hryvnias were raised for the soldiers. The creative society ‘SpivDiya’ raised 13,000 hryvnias for the needs of the 24th separate mechanized brigade.
In the Lviv District, the Pustomyty community transferred an SUV to a soldier from the community. In Pechyhvoosty, 20,000 hryvnias were raised to support the defenders.
