Every day at 9:00 a.m., Ukraine observes a nationwide moment of silence. Wherever they are, Ukrainians pause to honor the memory of all those who died defending the country against Russian aggression.
Today, October 5, the Lviv region bids farewell to another fallen defender of Ukraine:
- 🕯 Vitalii Dehtiannikov
- A resident of Bratkovychi village, part of the Horodok community.
- Served in the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.
- Died in combat on October 1 during a mission.
- He was 45 years old.
The local community and all of Lviv region bow in deep respect to the courage of this fallen soldier. His sacrifice will not be forgotten, and his name will live on in the hearts of those he protected.
