Lviv Region bids farewell to the fallen defender Yaroslav Pyrih, a native of the Sheptytskyi district. The soldier was 41 years old.
In May 2024, he took up arms to defend Ukraine, joining the 77th Separate Air Assault Naddniprianska Brigade. From September 2024, the serviceman was carrying out combat missions near the village of Bohoyavlenka in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region, close to Vuhledar.
There, in Donetsk region, in 2024, Yaroslav Pyrih was killed. Since 30 October 2024, he had been considered missing in action.
The defender will be laid to rest in the village of Bubniv in Volyn region. Eternal memory to the fallen warrior.
